AI Espresso | Mini Course Magic

Turn what you know into a mini course: the outline, the lessons, the worksheets and a sales line.

You know things people ask you about. In one hour, watch me turn that kind of know-how into a small course people can buy, with AI doing the drafting and you making the calls.

The course idea that never leaves your head.

People ask you the same questions. You've thought, more than once, “I should turn this into a course.” Then you picture the modules, the videos and the platform, and it goes back on the shelf.

A mini course is smaller than that. One problem, a short outline, a few lessons and the worksheets to go with them. It's a first product you can finish.

From my chair yoga book I learned that people buy the short program they want, like ten minutes a day for four weeks, before the longer one they need. A mini course is that first step for your buyers too.

01

Your outline.

From what you know to a mini course outline: one problem, one promise, and the steps in order.

02

Your lessons and worksheets.

AI drafts each lesson and a worksheet to go with it, in your voice, for you to check and change.

03

Your sales line.

One clear line that says who it's for and what they get, ready for your page or a post.

Your data, your call

In every AI Espresso, we look at what AI can see and the settings worth checking, so you decide what goes in. You take home the Your Data, Your Call checklist.

Feedback from previous workshops with Linda

Clear explanations. Practical next steps.

“Having Linda come and speak to our Hawkesbury Women in Business group was one of the most pivotal moments for so many of the ladies there. Using AI in business has never been more important, and what made Linda's session so valuable was how she tackled the real concerns.”
Sarah Cassim · Founder, Hawkesbury Women in Business
“Linda's presentation was concise, gave really practical information and a simple and do-able plan to move forward rather than the steps being overwhelming.”

“It was broken down so perfectly that now I feel confident in making myself visible.”

What you get

  • One hour, live on Zoom, in your Wednesday morning coffee break
  • A live, step-by-step demonstration on a real example, plus Q&A
  • A get-ready checklist before the session: which AI plan you need and what to have ready
  • The take-home pack: reusable instructions for your AI, a step-by-step guide to make your own mini course outline, lessons, worksheets and sales line, and the recording and transcript to follow at your own pace
  • The Your Data, Your Call checklist
  • A free setup clinic if you get stuck: a 30-minute group Zoom on Wednesday 18 November, 2 pm to 2.30 pm AEDT (Sydney time)

What to bring

  • One topic you know well and get asked about. Have it in mind; you won't need to share it.
  • Anything you've already made on it, if you have it: notes, a talk, a handout or a few posts. It helps when you set it up afterwards.
  • Your coffee.

Who it's for

  • You know your stuff, from your work, your business or something you've done for years, and people ask you how.
  • You've said “I should make a course” but never started.
  • You want a small product you can finish, not a big course build.
  • You've tried ChatGPT or Claude, but what comes back sounds generic, not like you.

No technical skills needed. Ideal if you're just starting with AI.

The AI Context Kit

Valued at $197Included free with your $29 booking.

The first step to an AI that knows your business. Pre-recorded training and guided steps give it the context to write like you and understand how you work. We'll email it to you.

A self-guided foundation you complete yourself, so your AI starts with your business context instead of generic instructions. It's different from the AI OS, where your business processes are mapped and your system is prepared for you.

For this session it matters even more: the AI Context Kit is what makes your lessons sound like you.

Watch live. Set it up afterwards.

A demonstration, not a hands-on workshop, broken into small practical steps. Then make your own with the guide, rewatching the recording as you go.

You'll need afterwards: a paid ChatGPT or Claude plan, about $30 a month, and a computer.

This session does not:

  • Build, host or sell your course for you
  • Choose your price for you
  • Promise sales or income
  • Publish anything on your behalf
Linda Cunningham in a café with her laptop and a coffee

Hi, I'm Linda.

I spent more than 20 years delivering technology programs for banks, global med tech companies, government and essential services. Now I run two businesses from the Hawkesbury, a self-publishing business on Amazon KDP and my AI consulting business, with AI doing much of the work behind the scenes in both. Everything I show in AI Espresso, I use myself every week.

Questions

Do I need to be technical?

No. It's made for beginners: plain English, step by step. Afterwards you follow the guide and rewatch the recording whenever you need to.

Do I need a course platform?

Not to watch, and not to make the outline, lessons, worksheets and sales line. Where you host and sell it is your choice afterwards.

Will AI write my course for me?

It drafts from what you know. You check it, change it and decide what goes in.

Do I need ChatGPT or Claude?

To watch, no. To make your own, a paid plan, about $30 a month. I demonstrate in Claude and show where ChatGPT differs.

What if I can't make it live?

Book anyway. You'll get the recording, transcript, AI instructions and guide.

What help is included?

The live session, your questions in the Q&A, the take-home pack and a free 30-minute group setup clinic on Wednesday 18 November, 2 pm to 2.30 pm AEDT (Sydney time), if you get stuck. Hands-on help inside your own accounts isn't included.

The course you keep meaning to make, started in one coffee break.
